Slip and Fall Accidents
When an accident or injury occurs to a visitor or tenant on another person's property, the owner of the property may be liable (legally responsible) if it can be proved that their negligence or recklessness led to the injury. If you have been injured through a slip and fall accident at someone’s residence or business which you believe may be a result the negligence or recklessness of another person, you may be able to recover the damages you have incurred as a result of your injury.

Workers' Compensation
If you have been injured on the job or while performing your duties for an employer, you are entitled to workers' compensation benefits. Our experienced attorneys work to make sure you get access to your full and fair benefits. Whether you work on a construction site, in a factory or at an office, we help you obtain the benefits you need while you recover from your injuries.

When a workplace accident has been caused by the negligence of a third party, you may be able to obtain compensation above and beyond that provided by workers' compensation. In this situation, our firm may file both a workers’ compensation claim and also a legal action against the person who caused your injury.

Wrongful Death
Wrongful death as a legal term is a death that has been caused by the fault of another person. For example, a death caused by negligence, carelessness, drunk driving, or the manufacture of a defective or dangerous product may be considered under the law as a "wrongful death."

Wrongful death lawsuits or claims are generally filed by family members or beneficiaries of the decedent. In some instances, these claims are filed in order to obtain:

  • Expenses associated with the death, e.g., medical and funeral
  • Pre death pain, suffering or mental anguish suffered by the decedent
  • Loss of companionship, care and consortium of the survivors of the decedent
  • Punitive damages intended to punish wrongdoers and deter such events from happening in the future
  • Loss of accumulation to the estate of the decedent

If a loved one has suffered a wrongful death, you may be eligible to receive compensation under the law.
